Asi que como el dice, tienen 2 opciones, decidan sabiamente! Por cierto, nada es gratis....
Hello xxxx,
I want to thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to defend myself against unscrupulous slander of my name and my reputation which has been built on my very hard work, during the past 23 years of my life; 16 of which have been spent working almost exclusively with clients from Latin America and the Caribbean.
We live in a world where it is very easy to destroy someone’s good name and reputation – totally anonymously without ever providing one’s name – with one click of a button, send that information to millions of potential readers who will form their opinions about something they have no idea about, without really taking the time to find out the truth.
I would appreciate if you could give me the name of the person who has done this so that I may provide complete disclosure about his/her immigration process on the same forum where my name was freely abused. I always treat my clients’ cases with confidentiality but since this person decided to publically try to destroy my name, he or she has given me the freedom to use any means to defend my reputation and good name. I would like to be given the opportunity to tell everyone on that forum my side of the story. My ability to continue feeding my four children depends on my reputation and my professional and personal name and I will not let anyone abuse it as they please, without any consequences for them.
If you have doubts regarding my personal and professional integrity and ability then you have two options at your disposal.
1. No to deal with me and submit the application yourself.
2. Contact my former clients and review the more than 100 pages of their personal references and testimonials which I have sent you and to form your OWN opinion rather than relying on someone else’s “good will” towards me.
To answer your question;
When someone applies under the Quebec immigration process, there are two distinct application processes; the first one is an application to the Quebec provincial government to be selected as a candidate and receive his/her “Certificat de Selection du Quebec”; the first step is submitting an application to the Canadian federal government for the federal permanent resident visa which is given on the basis of being selected by the province of Quebec.
The services which are provided by me during the Quebec part of the process are provided FREE OF CHARGE and are included in my service fee of the federal part of the process; therefore they are handled under the jurisdiction of a Quebec registered non-profit NGO (non-government organization) which is authorized by the Quebec government and its immigration authorities. There is no “new company” and I have full control and take full responsibility for the handling of my clients cases and the immigration process.
You have been writing to me since January of this year without making any progress in your case or making any decision to proceed with your application process. You will forgive me if I suggest that you do not really have any serious intention in doing so, any time soon.
I would really appreciate it if you could provide me with the forum where this information has been propagated about me so that I may provide the COMPLETE story and not just the one that fits someone’s agenda and/or goal.
Let me know please if you need this text in Spanish.
P.S. No need to tell me, I have just discovered who this person is – Leticia of Bolivia – and I am copying this email to her. Tonight her complete immigration file will be posted on that same forum. I will let the people decide for themselves.
I find it VERY TYPICAL of her not to provide her real identity when making her poisonous blog postings. The truth always comes out, sooner or later.
He finds it VERY TYPICAL of me not to provide my identity.....PLEASE DAVID, REALLY? Do you know what is or is not typical of me....you don't have a relationship with your clients to know how they typically are, you have so many clients all over that we had to beg for your attention. I called you several times, emailed you and even used regular mail...
